Please read these terms carefully before using Navabhoomi Properties Dubai services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, mobile applications, or using any services provided by Navabhoomi Properties Dubai ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms govern all real estate services, property listings, and client interactions facilitated by Navabhoomi Properties Dubai in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
2. Property Listings in Dubai
All property listings in Dubai are provided in accordance with RERA regulations:
- We comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations for all property listings
- All off-plan properties are registered with RERA as required by law
- Property details are subject to change without notice as per developer specifications
- Square footage measurements follow Dubai measurement standards (DMS)
- Prices are in AED and subject to RERA guidelines and market conditions
- All payment plans are approved by RERA where applicable
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Dubai real estate services, you agree to:

You are responsible for verifying all property information through official DLD channels, reviewing Oqood contracts for off-plan properties, and conducting due diligence as per Dubai real estate practices.
4. Brokerage Services in Dubai
Navabhoomi Properties Dubai is a licensed real estate broker under RERA (License No. [XXXXXX]). We:
- Operate in compliance with RERA's brokerage regulations
- Facilitate property transactions under DLD supervision
- Provide Form F for all brokerage agreements as required
- Disclose all commissions in accordance with RERA guidelines
- Maintain escrow accounts for transactions as mandated by law
5. Intellectual Property
All content including property listings, photos, and floor plans are protected under UAE intellectual property laws:
- Property images and details are used in compliance with DLD regulations
- Developer materials are used with proper authorization
- Unauthorized use of listing content violates UAE copyright laws
- All virtual tours and 3D renderings are properly labeled as per RERA requirements
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with UAE data protection laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021):
- Personal data is processed in accordance with UAE regulations
- We maintain proper data protection measures as required
- Client information is shared only with authorized parties as needed for transactions
- We adhere to DLD requirements for client data handling
7. Limitation of Liability
Navabhoomi Properties Dubai's liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for developer delays on off-plan projects
- We do not guarantee ROI on investment properties
- We are not liable for changes in Dubai property market conditions
- Our liability is limited to our brokerage role as defined by RERA
- We are not responsible for service charges or community fees set by developers or owners associations
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of commission received for the specific transaction in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Navabhoomi Properties Dubai against:
- Any violations of UAE real estate laws in your transactions
- Any misrepresentation of your eligibility to purchase property in Dubai
- Any failure to comply with DLD or RERA requirements
- Any breach of developer contracts or community rules
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts or as otherwise mandated by RERA dispute resolution procedures.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms to comply with changes in UAE real estate regulations. Significant changes will be notified through our registered channels.
Clients are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically, especially before entering any property transaction.
11. Dubai-Specific Terms
- All property transactions are subject to DLD transfer fees and charges
- Mortgage transactions must comply with UAE Central Bank regulations
- Visa-related benefits are subject to current UAE immigration laws
- Service charges are determined by RERA's service charge index
- Off-plan purchases are protected by RERA's escrow account regulations
